Dedicated to  fitness, a proud owner of Sonya B Fit  and reside in the suburbs of New Orleans, La. 

My Story

My fitness journey began in 1993 when my weight skyrocketed to nearly 300 pounds. I realized that bad food choices had a strong hold on me and was controlling my entire life. As of being overweight, I had low self-esteem and hardly any energy to get my body moving, However I did not like what I was seeing in the mirror anymore, I realized my only option was to make a shift. The change began with eating healthier meals, eliminating empty calories and creating a workout plan. This regime has resulted in me dropping a significant amount of weight over time.

Getting into shape can be a struggle for many individuals, which is why I have the inspiration and dedication of supporting others on their fitness journey, For instance, I love to showcase healthy eating habits and meals, workout drills and coaching others on sculpting the body. Further, I discovered workout apparel that compliments various exercise well. This discovery led me to start my own business selling workout apparel under the name Sonya B' Fit.

Sonya B Fit

Launched in 2018 and all products are branded with a sweet treat name. You get a "sweet treat" for enjoyment without the calories!
